Nupam Desai is a highly accomplished eCommerce operations manager with over 20 years of experience in managing and optimizing the sales and operations of technology products across various consumer marketplaces. Currently serving as the Manager of NA eCommerce Sales Operations at Lenovo, Nupam has a proven track record of driving significant growth and efficiency in eCommerce business models.

Nupam holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and has extensive experience in roles such as Web Project Manager, Functional Consultant, and QA Engineer at leading technology companies like Lenovo, IBM, and Cisco Systems. Her deep understanding of eCommerce operations, coupled with her strategic and analytical skills, makes her an invaluable asset to any organization looking to enhance their digital sales and operations.
Vid Desai is a seasoned technology executive with over 35 years of experience in IT, including more than 30 years in healthcare and life sciences. He currently serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), where he leads the Office of Digital Transformation. In this role, he oversees the agency's enterprise IT strategy, data management, and cybersecurity, managing a $1bn IT portfolio and a workforce of around 2,500 staff and contractors.
Before joining the FDA, Vid held CIO roles at several healthcare and medical device companies, including Vyaire Medical, Endochoice, and Lake Region Medical. His earlier career included leadership positions at Quintiles Transnational and GlaxoSmithKline, where he focused on global IT infrastructure and digital innovation.
Throughout his career, Vid has been recognized for driving modernization, fostering digital leadership, and advancing the use of emerging technologies like AI to support public health initiatives. Vid was listed in the Forbes CIO next list for 2023, and on Constellation's Business Transformation 150 (BT150) - an elite list that recognizes the top global executives leading business transformation efforts.
